Terms and Conditions

  1. Offer valid from 12.01am Monday 3 December until 11:59pm AEST Tuesday 25 December 2018.
  2. Promo Code ‘XMAS’ must be entered at point of sale for the offer to apply.
  3. Offer is available to:
    1. New NSW, VIC, SA & South East QLD customers who sign up to Click Energy and remain connected for a minimum of 10 business days. These customers will be entitled to bill credits of up to $50. Credit will be applied in two instalments. The first instalment ($25 credit) will be applied as a credit on the first Click Energy bill. The second instalment ($25 credit) will be applied as a credit on your Click Energy bill issued after 12 months; or
    2. New customers in NSW and VIC who sign up for electricity and gas products via Click Energy and remain connected for a minimum of 10 business days. These customers will be entitled to bill credits of up to $100. Credit will be applied in instalments, being $25 bill credit (per fuel) on your first bill and a further $25 bill credit (per fuel) applied as a credit on your Click bill (per fuel) issued after 12 months.
  4. The credit on the first bill will only be applied after the Eligible Customer’s energy service has been successfully switched to Click Energy. This process may take up to 90 days. Customers can check the progress of their energy account via billing.clickenergy.com.au or by calling 1800 775 929.
  5. Available to new Click Energy accounts only. Offer not available with any other promotion and is not transferable.
  6. Not to be used with any other promo code/offer.
  7. All other conditions of the Click Energy Market Terms & Conditions and relevant Pricing Documents apply to the customer’s agreement with Click Energy.
  8. Promotion Benefits may be withdrawn if payment fails at any stage.
