Click Energy is delighted to learn that Canstar Blue has once again placed Click Energy at the top of the list in customer satisfaction, this time among solar customers.
The national survey of 1300 households identified that the top 3 drivers of customer satisfaction among solar customers are Value for Money (36%), Customer Service (25%) and Range of plans (15%). 9 retailers were featured in the results and Click Energy was the only one to receive 5 stars in all three categories.
Canstar Blue also pointed out the fact that Click Energy offers a choice of plans in each state plus some of the highest feed in tariffs as key factors to achieving the five-star rating.
