Click Energy boss, Dominic Drenen, named Customer Service CEO of the year.

26 October 2016 - Click Energy CEO, Dominic Drenen has been awarded Customer Service CEO of the year by the Customer Service Institute of Australia (CSIA).

CEO of the year is an Australian Service Excellence Award (ASEA) recognising best practice and innovation in customer service. Nominees are business leaders who have played a role in driving an organisation toward true customer centricity.

ASEA are Australia’s premier customer service awards highlighting the ever-growing importance of good customer service in today’s business climate. Past winners have included Peter Howman (Defence Housing Australia) and Chris Woodruff (Melbourne Airport).

The awards are judged based on 27 specific measures that make up the framework of the International Customer Service Standard (ICSS:2015-2020), and reviews performance according to service, operational, learning and growth and financial governance perspectives.

This award is the latest in a string of customer service accolades for Click Energy, including two Canstar Blue Awards (for Best Energy Provider in Queensland and Best Solar Provider), as well as consistently topping the reviews count on, Google Plus and Facebook amongst Australian energy retailers.
