Click Energy is humbled and delighted by the results of the latest Canstar Blue customer satisfaction survey. This report awards Click Energy 5 stars in the areas of value for money, range of plans, customer service and gives this independent retailer the coveted 5 star rating for overall customer satisfaction in Queensland.
The Canstar Blue rating is drawn from an independent survey of Australian adults in December 2015 and January 2016.
Says Head of Canstar Blue, Megan Doyle: “The result illustrates the desire for change in Queensland. Click Energy offers a different proposition to the big energy companies and its customers are currently more satisfied.”
In the same survey 12 months ago, Click Energy had ranked third behind market heavyweights AGL and Energy Australia. The leap to the top position is a result of the company’s constant efforts to improve service and value to its customers.
