Address
This is the address to which your current Click Energy account is registered.
Tax Invoice Number
Each bill you get will have its own unique tax invoice number. It should be used as a reference when paying that bill via the Click Energy website, viewing your account details online or when calling one of the Click team with a query on that specific bill.
Customer Number
This is your unique customer number. It should be used if you call one of the Click team so they know who you are. It can also be used when accessing restricted areas of the Click Energy website, such as when you log on to pay your bill.
Total Amount Due
This is the total amount due in this bill, including any outstanding amount you may have from previous bills. This would be the amount you pay if you do not pay your bill by the due date
Outstanding Balance
This is the previous outstanding amount you owed before this current bill was issued.
Outstanding Balance Due Date
This is when your previous outstanding amount is due.
Current Amount Due Date
This is when your current bill payment is due. Pay by this date to enjoy your pay on time discount.
Total Amount Owed (if paid by the due date)
If you pay by the due date, this is the amount you pay. It includes your pay on time discount.

Greenhouse Gas Emissions
This is a graphical representation of your greenhouse gas emissions on a monthly basis for the last 12 months.
Total Amount This Bill
This is the total amount due for this billing period.
National Meter Identifier
This is your National Meter Identifier. It’s attached to your property and is used to link your meter with your address. You only have one of these.
Reading Type
Two things to look out for here: Actual – means the distributor you are with has read you meter so we are able to charge you for the electricity you used. Estimated – means your distributor has not read your meter and so we have to charge you for an estimated amount of usage.
Tariff Type
This shows what kind of Click Energy plan you are on.
Meter Number
Your meter number is the number shown on your electricity meter at your address. Some people may have more than one meter at their address. If so, each of these meters and their usage will be displayed separately here.
Previous Reading
This is the total usage in kWh that has been consumed since the meter was installed.
Current Reading
This number is the usage in kWh on this meter since your last meter read.
Next Meter Read
This is the date when your meter is scheduled to be read next.
Bill Breakdown
This area shows a breakdown of your electricity usage and how much it has cost as well as any rebates, pay on time discounts or additional charges related to your bill. Credits will be shown in red. Some bills may show your usage in different steps. These steps are related to different usage costs for different periods of time because the cost of electricity may vary depending on the time of use.
Biller Code and Customer Reference Number
You use the Biller Code and Customer Reference Number when paying your Click Energy bill over the phone or online through BPAY.
